A model of a temperature-measurement device employing a thermistor-based sensor is proposed. The polynomial digital method for linearizing the temperature characteristics of NTC thermistors in the developed device has been simulated. To improve measurement accuracy, the components of the measurement channel were selected such that they enable simulation with minimal error. Methods for introducing correction-coefficient values into the model have been determined to compensate for error-inducing factors, including the thermistor\u2019s self-heating effect. This is carried out using the echo reflection-shadow method of sounding sections of shaped profiles and transducers along their axis. The research develops a methodology for determining the acoustoelastic coupling coefficients for the material of shaped profiles, using the shelf and neutral line sections based on the difference method. The shelf section and neutral line correspond to the stressed and unstressed states of the metal, respectively. The research proposes a scheme for constructing a system for diagnosing the stress\u2013strain state of metal structures\u2019 shaped profiles, analyses it, and justifies the choice of technical means for its implementation. Software for processing and analyzing the results of diagnostics of the strain\u2013stress state of metal structures\u2019 shaped profiles has been developed. An analysis of the influence of the components of the total error on the result of diagnosing the actual mechanical stresses is carried out, and ways to reduce it are substantiated by developing a block of piezoelectric transducers and adjusting the measured time values depending on the ambient temperature. The ultrasonic wave transmission time intervals on the neutral line of shaped profiles are analyzed. The acoustoelastic coupling coefficients for metal structures\u2019 shaped profiles for tensile and compressive stresses are determined. The improved acoustic method is proved to be possible in industrial conditions. The target detection range and recognition with a given probability are principal consumer evaluations for remote surveillance thermal image systems. Currently, in this case, using microbolometric matrix detectors with inexpensive infrared lenses is the best technical solution. The calculation method is advisable to justify the lens parameters compatible with the selected detector and ensure maximum operational efficiency. The article is devoted to the simplified synthesis method for developing the main parameters of the UAV thermal image system lens for the chosen type of microbolometric matrix detector. The methodology is based on the noise equivalent temperature difference. It is now known that every abstract entity forms around the area of the presence of solid particles. These solid particles, under the action of interaction forces, have the property to be ordered in space and on the surface of the object. This paper is a result of research and modelling of the interaction of such particles during their shredding and their structural self-organization. It has several zones of presence based on the foundations of the TONTOR theory. Research determined that the discrete solid-state zone of the presence characterizes the solid part of the AE itself or the particles that form the surrounding space near the abstract entity and is the most powerful zone among the existing zones. In the former case, the degree of polarization, ellipticity, and polarization angle are varied by changing its angular orientation in the vertical and horizontal planes. The spherical surface forms a photometric body, in which the radiation of concentric zones has a certain constant degree of polarization.
